Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Content Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will drive how podcast content shows up across social platforms, connecting audiences with the shows and creators they love. This position plays a key role in shaping culturally relevant storytelling and elevating brand presence through innovative social strategies.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within entertainment or media
  
• Strong understanding of the podcast landscape, including emerging talent, industry trends, networks, and audience behavior
  
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and cultural relevance
  
• Excellent communication skills with a strong eye for compelling visual and written storytelling
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social programming strategy to deliver timely and culturally relevant content
  
• Monitor platform trends and cultural moments to inform innovative formats and creative concepts
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, editorial, and partnerships teams to execute campaigns and evolve content strategy
  
• Oversee internal and external content tracking, workflows, and approvals
  
• Partner with external stakeholders on content development and production
  
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on insights and data
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  

Additional Requirements

• This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires on-site or hybrid work as needed
  
• The pay for this W-2 position is $73.09 per hour
  
• This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked
