This position interacts across functions, geographies, and levels. The Financial Analyst supports sophisticated projects that may span products and business models. The individual must be capable of independently learning tools, tailoring analyses to diverse project needs, and communicating, findings to advise decision-making.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the owner of the global Expenditure Authorization Requests (EAR) tool and portal.
  • Review, evaluate, and build accurate, efficient, and discounted cash flow (DCF) models for abovesegmentlevel projects.
  • Review above-segment EAR submissions for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with corporate financial standards.
  • Reverse engineer and analytical tools to develop improved and simplified models.
  • Provide timely analysis and insights in response to various ad hoc requests.
  • Communicate analytical findings clearly, concisely, and authoritatively to senior decision makers, including executives.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA, Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, or CPA (completed or in progress).
  • Experience working in capital-intensive, projectdriven, or industrial environments.
  • Prior exposure to project finance, corporate valuations, or investment decision support.
  • Sophisticated Excel proficiencies, including VBA, macros, or financial automation tools.
  • Familiarity with weighted average cost of capital (WACC) methodologies and capital structure concepts.
  • Experience developing or handling financial systems, portals, or decisionsupport tools.
  • Ability to simplify sophisticated financial models and communicate tradeoffs to senior team members.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience interacting with senior executives.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Decision Support, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets and build or reverse engineer sophisticated models.
  • Experience with cash flow analysis and modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical financial insights to nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Flexibility to work outstanding hours based on global project demands.
  • Proven ability and passion for selflearning across functions, tools, and geographies.
