About the OpportunityThe Lead, Program Management will support the Facilities and Operations Program Managers in organizing and executing Facilities and Operations projects across the United States and Canada, by managing the related administrative functions of the role. This involves supporting themonitoring of project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures, vendor management, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring project deadlines are met in a timely manner, tracking issues and risks, and maintaining trackers. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Program Management. This role may be based out of Seattle or Austin. Objective: The Lead, Program Management primary objective is to support Program Managers by analyzing project and vendor data, creating and maintaining business trackers, developing project schedules, documenting and maintaining business processes, SOPs and standards, and supporting regional communications. Base Pay: Compensation will be commensurate with location Seattle: $67,500 to $85,000 annually Incentive Compensation:WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.
