Job Summary

The Rework Technician role supports a high-volume technical rework project involving approximately 1,800 VRF units at an onsite facility. Larger units may require team-based handling or a two-person lift to ensure safe and efficient processing. Responsibilities include unboxing units, accessing internal components, identifying circuit boards, and performing required hardware or firmware updates. Due to the sensitivity of electronic components, strict adherence to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols is required. The project is expected to run for 6 to 8 weeks and requires a team of 4 to 8 technicians to meet production goals.
