What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

* Maintain responsibility for the installation, start-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all mechanical and electrical processes used in the manufacture of mattresses, mattress components, and similar bedding products. Such equipment may include: sewing equipment, foam fabrication equipment, motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans, etc.

* Manage and maximize the output of plant equipment used in production, functional longevity, and aesthetic of the products.

* Plan, delegate, and perform work that requires a thorough knowledge of electrical and mechanical theories and principles, written specifications, local and national electrical codes, properties of various materials, and the principles of operation and application for electronic equipment.

* Directly manage all maintenance staff, contractors, OEM's to ensure safety, timely production, and completion of their projects.

* Collaborate with Plant Director and Department Supervisors to ensure successful accomplishment of the site's production needs.

* Perform other duties as assigned.
