We need dependable people who know how to hustle. As an assembler, you'll assemble products, work with tools, and keep the crew on pace.

Skills That Make You Stand Out

• Previous assembly experience (2 years)
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Reliable, punctual, and steady on attendance
• Able to read instructions or simple diagrams
• Strong focus on quality and safety
• Able to lift and stay on your feet

Work That Matters

• Perform moderately complex assembly of mechanical or electrical components requiring fitting, adjusting, and/or fabrication for assembly of products
• Use various hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices such as tape measures, height gauges, and calipers
• Utilize measuring devices to verify accuracy and placement of assembled components, making adjustments as necessary and/or notifying appropriate personnel of non-conformance
• Perform multiple production tasks to allow for effective job rotation
• Participate in continuous improvement processes
• Recommend changes to and participate in the review of manufacturing procedures
