National Grid is seeking a strategic and experienced Corporate Real Estate Manager to lead and optimise our New York property portfolio. In this key leadership role, you will drive long-term real estate planning and manage all property transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. You will collaborate closely with Operations, National Grid's Integrated Service Partner, Facilities, Capital Delivery, and other key stakeholders to develop and execute a real estate strategy that aligns with our customers' needs and the Company's goals. The successful candidate will have strong leadership experience, expertise in commercial transactions, lease negotiation and administration, and a proven track record of delivering complex real estate projects. You will lead a team responsible for driving real estate transactions and lease administration, fostering an engaging and equitable workplace experience for National Grid's diverse workforce. Salary: Downstate NY: $180,000 - $216,000 per year National Grid utilizes an assessment that evaluates the job qualifications/characteristics using AI or statistically based scoring. For more information, please view NYC Local Law 144. This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
