The position is focused on administrative duties around shipping and facilities requirements and will also include some office/administrative duties.


Note: This is a contract position for up to 12 months, offered through a Staffing agency.




  • Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and light weight equipment inside the building.
  • Performs goods receipt funtion in SAP, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items.
  • Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment. This process requires physical receipt of items for shipments from employees in the building, determines the correct box size and packaging materials for the item, and packing of the item inside the box.
  • Prepares shipping documents including FedEx, DHL, UPS airway bills.
  • Perform additional adhoc office/administrative duties.

Required Experience and Skills

  • High school diploma
  • Experienced in Microsoft programs - excel, word, outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong follow-up
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
