Summary of Position 1000 Mile Travel Group is a wholly owned entity of Corporate Travel Management. 1000MTG is the independent contractor brand for CTM and a leading host agency within the North American and Global Marketplace. We provide support and resources to independent consultants (ICs) and travel professionals, enabling them to thrive in their businesses. We are excited to welcome an Account Manager to the 1000 Mile Travel Group team. This is a relationship-first, hands-on role that sits at the heart of our advisor network - serving as a trusted partner to our Independent Consultants (ICs) and SME customer accounts across both corporate and leisure segments. The ideal candidate is a proactive, people-driven professional with a passion for the travel industry and a genuine commitment to helping others grow and succeed. Schedule / Shift Standard Responsibilities and Duties
Act as the primary relationship owner across a portfolio of Independent Consultants (Corporate & Leisure) and SME customer accounts, building strong, trusted relationships across all levels and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience. Support ICs as business owners by providing guidance on growth strategy, operational best practices, and leveraging the 1000MTG platform to scale their business.
Leadership Responsibilities This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Required of all CTM Positions
