Develops engineering solutions across operations, production, construction, and maintenance environments to enhance efficiency and performance. Analyzes engineering processes and identifies opportunities to improve system reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Implements multidisciplinary engineering practices to optimize functionality and ensure compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities
Acts as a specialist in advanced engineering practices, offering expert-level insights into product development, system design, and technical problem-solving to drive innovation and operational excellence across the organization. Advises senior leadership and cross-functional teams on engineering best practices, identifying opportunities to enhance product performance, reduce development time, and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives. Designs and develops industry-leading systems and solutions by applying advanced engineering principles to address complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality, sustainable products. Develops strategy for improving engineering processes and product design, ensuring that all systems and solutions are optimized for performance, cost-efficiency, and market competitiveness. Implements systems to streamline engineering processes, increase productivity, and maintain consistent quality, all while adhering to industry regulations and standards. Coordinates externally with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders to ensure that product development activities are aligned with external requirements, timelines, and specifications. Provides guidance to junior engineers and colleagues, offering mentorship and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement to strengthen the engineering team's capabilities. Coaches team members on the application of complex engineering concepts, helping to develop their problem-solving abilities and ensuring they adhere to best practices for system design and implementation. Interfaces with senior management to communicate progress on engineering projects, provide actionable insights, and influence decision-making in line with long-term business goals. Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree: Materials Science/Engineering 8-11 Years of Experience Preferred Education & Experience
Master's Degree: Materials Science/Engineering 12-14 Years of Experience Spans of Control
