POSITION TITLE: ASSOCIATE DEVELOPER

DEPARTMENT: INFORMATION SYSTEMS

FLEXIBLE WORK PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY CODES: Remote Work (RW) & Hybrid Work (HW)

FUNCTION:

The Associate Developer will assist in maintaining data integration packages in support of strategic objectives of the organization. Additionally, this position will assist the Information Systems department in the administration of the bank's CRM system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assists with the development of data integration and documentation.
  2. Assist with the administration of the Bank's CRM system.
  3. Monitor daily feed runs to ensure all feeds are running successfully.
  4. Work with vendors to resolve feed failures and reprocess data upon resolution
  5. Maintain strong working knowledge of products and identifying product improvements.
  6. Provides technical assistance to support and develop customer solutions efficiently.
  7. Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and apply it to business processes
  8. Work effectively and manage ticket queue with minimal supervision.
  9. Technical troubleshooting and data analysis.

  11. Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Understanding of Database structure and relationships
  • Experience with SQL, ETL, Java, Python, and/or APIs a plus
  • Willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Proven proactive, self-starter with the ability to work both as an individual and within a team to resolve issues
  • Must be well organized and be a good communicator
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.

Physical/Work Condition Requirements:

General office and remote environment. Occasional lifting, carrying, and moving of computer equipment. Must be willing to occasionally work outside of normal banking hours as needed.

Equipment Used:

All types of computer communications equipment, and software. (Primarily Talend ETL and SalesForce)
