• Ownership of tools preferred.
• Detail-oriented trim expertise (break work, capping, caulking).
• Ability to hire sufficient help for job execution.
• Provide references for previous work.
• Certificate of insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer's Liability, Auto Liability, and Worker's Compensation.
