Job Summary

The Student Services Analyst position will work as part of a collaborative team and report directly to the Student Services Director. This position will play a crucial role in overseeing, developing process improvements, and workflow enhancements to optimize the Call Center (Inbound and Outbound). Acting as lead assistant for Welcome Desk and enrollment services part-time staff (may include both Pecos and Williams Campuses). Point of contact for our District Office Call Center, as well as knowledge of the overall college.

In addition, this position supports Admissions, Registration, and Records in the areas of admissions, registration, residency, records, enrollment issues, call center support (chats, TextAIM and Live Enrollment Support). Provides excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and in writing.

Essential Functions

60% Supervises Student Services Specialist (1) and other part-time members of the Call Center (inbound & outbound) team. Manage workload distribution/training. In addition, assist with supervision A&R and Welcome Desk part-time staff (may include both Pecos and Williams Campuses) in collaboration with the Student Services Director and Student Services Manager.

10% - Data collection/report tracking for all call center and enrollment services student transaction and call calibrations as it relates to Quality Assurance.

10% - Serves as the lead additional support to Admissions and Records as needed (admissions, registration, residency, records, enrollment issues, and call center support (chats).

10% - Campus and District-wide committees, work-teams, and task forces as assigned.

10% - Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two years of student services or college teaching experience, or experience coordinating, administering, planning, or evaluating programs.

OR

An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation.

Desired Qualifications

1. Two (2) or more year demonstrated leadership experience coordinating and/or leading project management and/or workflow
2. Two (2) or more or more years call center experience
3. One (1) or more years' experience compiling data and providing reports
4. One (1) or more years' experience working with Peoplesoft (Student Information System), Dynamic Forms, Google forms/Google Suite, phone system, etc.
5. One (1) or more years of experience working with state or federal regulations as it relates to student services in a higher education setting
6. Two (2) or more years' experience working in a wraparound Enrollment Services and/or Admissions & Records Office
7. One year of full-time, relevant MCCCD experience within the previous two years

Special Working Conditions

May require some evenings or weekends
May require prolonged periods of viewing a computer screen
May be required to lift or carry up to 25 lbs
Possession of a valid State of Arizona Class D driver's license is required; must meet minimum standards regarding driving: http://www.maricopa.edu/legal/rmi/vehicle.htm#requirements
May be required to work at multiple sites or locations.
