**What You'll Do**

* Visualize complex ideas through sketches, diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes, providing appropriate documentation.

* Manage design activities, set project expectations, and maintain design schedules, communicating status effectively.

* Conduct primary design activities, create high-quality deliverables, and perform expert-level quality assurance.

* Actively participate in and support user research efforts to deepen understanding of user needs.

* Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional partners, providing strategic feedback and guiding delivery.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies, focusing on effectiveness and efficiency.

* Champion user empathy, consistently seeking to understand user needs and innovate solutions that enhance their experience.

**Must-Have Skills:**

* Expertise in foundational User Experience (UX) principles.

* Proven experience in executing high-fidelity design deliverables.
