We are seeking an Associate Creative Director for Women's Design to lead the creative direction of a key product category. This is a high-impact, short-term contract opportunity to shape seasonal collections, influence brand direction, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring an elevated, customer-loved product to life.

You'll own the design vision from concept through execution-balancing creativity with commercial success.

What You'll Do:



  • Lead seasonal fashion design direction and concept development
  • Create and present sketches and product concepts
  • Guide and mentor design team members
  • Partner with merchandising, production, and tech design
  • Ensure product aligns with brand, quality, and margin goals


What You Bring:



  • Experience leading women's apparel design
  • Strong sketching and concept development skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional retail teams
  • Understanding of the product development lifecycle
  • Ability to balance creativity with business needs


Nice to Have:



  • Experience designing for premium or elevated lifestyle brands
  • Exposure to global sourcing and working with international production partners
  • Familiarity with sustainable design practices, materials, and responsible sourcing
  • Experience working across multiple product categories within women's apparel
  • Strong understanding of fabric development, mills, and garment construction
  • Prior experience mentoring or developing junior designers
  • Proficiency with PLM software and digital product development tools

The target hiring compensation for this role is $67.80 - $75.33/HR. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
