Are you a visionary creative leader with a passion for hands-on execution? We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our in-house marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will not only define the strategic creative direction for digital marketing assets but also personally craft and optimize them, directly influencing user engagement and business growth across a diverse portfolio of offerings. Responsibilities:

Strategic Creative Leadership: Develop and own the creative vision for digital marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio of offerings. Translate complex business objectives into compelling visual narratives that resonate with a global audience.

Hands-On Asset Creation & Adjustment: Actively design, edit, and iterate on creative assets. Utilize industry-standard design and video editing tools to produce high-quality programmatic display banners, short-form video content, and social media creatives.

Digital Marketing Integration: Leverage a deep understanding of digital marketing principles to craft assets specifically tailored for programmatic ecosystems, performance marketing, and social media algorithms. Ensure all creatives are optimized for conversion, click-through rates, and brand lift.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with performance marketers. Use performance data and A/B testing insights to inform creative adjustments and continuous optimization.

Brand Stewardship: Ensure all creative output adheres to rigorous brand guidelines while continuously pushing the boundaries of innovative design. Act as a brand champion, maintaining consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Agile Execution: Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly pivoting between strategic ideation and tactical execution as business needs evolve.

Required Skills & Experience:



  • 8+ years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or senior design roles, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and performance creative.
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma. Must be comfortable with hands-on editing of video timelines, adjusting typography, and resizing display assets.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, specifically programmatic display networks (DSPs), paid social platforms, and video advertising platforms.
  • A stellar portfolio demonstrating a strong aesthetic eye, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of creating high-performing digital marketing assets.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable creative optimizations.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating as a solo contributor, thriving in environments with full ownership of the creative process from concept to final delivery.

  • Experience in both agency and in-house environments.
