**What You'll Do:**

As a key member of the team, you will be at the forefront of quality assurance, designing and implementing automated tests that validate our solutions. Your work will directly enhance product reliability and accelerate our development cycles.

* Develop and maintain sophisticated automated test scripts using Selenium and Appium with C#.

* Architect and support robust test frameworks, adhering to best practices such as the page object model and reusable libraries.

* Integrate automated tests seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines, with a preference for Azure DevOps, to enable continuous quality delivery.

* Execute and meticulously manage cross-browser and device testing using platforms like BrowserStack or Digital.ai.

* Create and manage comprehensive test plans, regression suites, and smoke tests to ensure thorough coverage.

* Perform manual and exploratory testing as needed, applying a critical eye to uncover potential issues.

* Identify defects with precision, provide detailed troubleshooting information, and actively support root-cause analysis efforts.

* Analyze requirements and user stories to craft relevant and effective test scenarios.

* Monitor nightly and CI test runs, analyze failures, and proactively maintain test stability.

* Deliver regular, insightful test reports and quality status updates to stakeholders.

* Contribute to the success of the company by delivering automated UI test suites for high-priority user flows, API, and functional regression tests.

* Help establish an integrated CI/CD pipeline with automated test execution and reporting, and set up cross-browser/device testing.

* Document framework structure, execution steps, and environment setup to foster knowledge sharing and maintainability.

**What You'll Bring:**

We are looking for a passionate individual with a strong foundation in QA automation and a commitment to excellence.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proven experience with Selenium WebDriver and Appium WebDriver using C#/.NET.

* Demonstrated experience integrating automated tests into Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.

* Familiarity with BrowserStack or Digital.ai automation environments.

* Strong understanding of QA methodologies, including regression testing and test planning.

* Exceptional ability to troubleshoot test failures and collaborate effectively with developers to resolve issues.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with API testing, utilizing tools like RestSharp/HttpClient.

* Knowledge of accessibility and basic performance checks.

* Experience with SpecFlow/BDD frameworks.
