Job Description TEKsystems is partnered with a leading organization seeking a Warranty Services Representative to provide advanced customer support for warranty-related inquiries. This individual will serve as a subject matter resource, supporting complex multi-family and large-scale commercial projects while coordinating warranty validation, dispatching, and service resolution efforts. Responsibilities * Provide professional verbal and written support to customers regarding warranty services, product functionality, and service requests * Review, interpret, and explain warranty terms and coverage eligibility * Process and manage warranty claims from initiation through resolution * Coordinate dispatching of third-party service providers and contractors * Arrange return, repair, or replacement of defective or malfunctioning products * Utilize CRM, ERP, and internal systems to track service requests, document resolutions, and assess inventory or parts availability * Troubleshoot issues and determine appropriate warranty action * Perform follow-up communication to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction Required Qualifications * Proven experience in warranty claims processing or customer support * Strong verbal and written communication skills * High attention to detail and data accuracy * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Experience using CRM and ERP systems * Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong teamwork skills within a matrixed organization Preferred Qualifications * Bilingual in Spanish * Experience supporting multi-family or large-scale commercial clients Top Skills * Warranty Claims * Customer Support * Claims Processing Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Oxnard, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
