Your responsibilities Job Summary To coach and otherwise guide a team of employees to achieve optimum levels of productivity, quality and safety while meeting operational deadlines and budgets. Base Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 + Monthly Gainshare Incentive We're looking for a handson Second Shift Plant Supervisor to lead operations on the production floor. This role is ideal for a supervisor who enjoys coaching teams, solving problems in real time, and keeping production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You'll be the goto leader on second shift-supporting operators, coordinating production activities, and ensuring standards are met every shift. What You'll Do
