Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to support the rollout, integration, and operationalization of Claude Code across engineering teams. The role focuses on enabling Large Language Model (LLM)-based development workflows using AWS Bedrock, ensuring scalable deployment on Kubernetes, and providing ongoing technical support and optimization. This position plays a critical role in driving enterprise adoption of Generative AI tools while ensuring reliability, security, and developer productivity.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the rollout and adoption of Claude Code across engineering teams.
  • Design, integrate, and operate LLM-powered workflows using AWS Bedrock.
  • Develop backend services and automation using GoLang.
  • Deploy, manage, and scale GenAI services on Kubernetes.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for GenAI-related issues.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Platform, and Security teams to ensure compliant and efficient deployments.
  • Monitor performance, usage, and cost of LLM workloads; optimize where necessary.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and AWS AI services.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with AWS, including IAM, networking, and observability.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and managed LLM services.
  • Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI use cases.
  • Proficiency in GoLang for backend development and tooling.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting).
  • Experience supporting or running GenAI/ML platforms in production.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native architectures.
