The Department of Labor and Industry is searching for a Clerical Assistant 2. Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Administrator and or the District Administrator, this position provides clerical and office support to staff within the District office to ensure its operations are conducted efficiently and effectively.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Clerical Assistant 2, your job duties will include:
- Provide clerical support to VR staff
- Communicate with public and provide general information re: OVR services
- Provide back-up phone support for receptionist
- Operate office equipment
- Input written/transcribed information into CWDS
- Access and input information electronically
- Prepare requests for medical records
- Review typed material for accuracy
- Upload documents into CWDS
- Prepare counselor expense accounts in ESS

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
