Description Markon is seeking a senior-level Project Manager (PM3) to serve as an Onsite Owner's Representative for complex construction, tenant fit-outs, and infrastructure projects at the Mark Center. Supporting the Facility Operations Services Division (FOSD) under Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), you will act directly on behalf of the government client to oversee contractors, Architect/Engineer (A/E) firms, and day-to-day project execution. This is a highly active, primarily field-based role within a premier Department of War (DoW) ancillary facility. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who excels at protecting the owner's interests, driving projects through their entire lifecycle, and delivering high-quality facility modifications in an occupied federal building. Responsibilities
Act as the primary onsite PM and Owner's Rep for FOSD, ensuring all tenant fit-outs, renovations, and infrastructure work meet strict DoW standards and client operational needs.
