YOUR IMPACT As an Associate Regional Business Developer, you will serve as a critical commercial partner to the Vice President (VP) RBD, supporting regional growth efforts through advanced sales execution, opportunity development, and cross functional coordination. This role represents a progression from Analyst responsibilities, with increased ownership, judgment, and client exposure, while continuing to operate under the leadership and strategy set by the VP RBD. Associates help translate regional sales strategy into action-driving pipeline momentum, elevating prospect engagement, and ensuring rigorous follow through across opportunities-while developing the skills necessary for future senior commercial leadership. Salary Range The expected base salary for this Chicago, Illinois United States-based position is $70,000 - $160,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
