Summer Temporary Production Operator-$24.95/hour

S.B. Foot Tanning is part of Red Wing Shoe Company and is the main leather supplier for Red Wing Shoe Company's manufacturing facilities. In addition, S.B. foot is a major supplier of leather to a variety of industries requiring quality leather. S.B Foot Tanning is proud of the innovative testing lab in Red Wing, MN and the tannery has received numerous quality awards in the leather tanning industry.

We are looking for Summer (May/June-August) Temporary Production Operators for 1st shift. These would be full-time, temporary positions during the summer only. These temporary positions are not benefit eligible. Our Production Operator positions require adherence to safe work practices, quality output, attention to detail and efficiency.Employees may work in team settings and/or independently.

Pay Rate:$24.95/hour.

• 1st shift hours: 6:00am 2:00pm Monday - Friday.

Must be available to work overtime as needed.

We will train candidates that have solid attendance records and willingness to learn. Preference for 1-2 years of experience in a light industrial or manufacturing environment.

Must have:

• Ability to lift/carry/toss up to 55 pounds
• Ability to frequently stand, twist, bend, grasp and additional movement as required by specific jobs.
• Ability to read & write English
