Description The Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) LLC, a rapidly growing management consulting firm, is seeking Research Analyst for an upcoming opportunity in support of the Department of Labor's Office of Job Corps. The Research Analyst supports data analysis, reporting, and visualization efforts, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable insights to support Job Corps performance and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Perform data collection, validation, and analysis across multiple data systems Develop charts, dashboards, and reports to support program performance tracking Support: WIOA reporting and data submissions Outcome Measurement System (OMS) reporting Agency Management Plan (AMP) reporting Assist in data integrity audits (DIA) and validation activities Support survey data collection and analysis (e.g., Student Experience Assessment) Maintain data trackers and ensure accuracy and consistency of outputs Utilize tools such as SAS or similar software for analysis and reporting Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 10+ years of experience in: Data analysis, reporting, and visualization Supporting federal or large-scale programs Experience creating dashboards, charts, and performance reports Familiarity with WIOA or similar reporting environments preferred Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
