The Program Coordinator serves as the centraldaytodaycoordinator for Bechtel's partnership with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), supporting the planning, execution, and integration of suicide prevention and mental health initiatives across Bechtel's operations and external industry engagements. Working closely withBechtel's Safety andConstructionleaders,theBechtel Group Foundation, and counterpartsat AFSP and across the industry, this role ensures thatAFSPpartnership commitments translate into coordinated action, measurable impact, and sustained momentum. The roleis responsible forguidingpartnership workflows, aligning internal stakeholders, supportinggovernancebodies such as theexternalCEO Advisory Council and its working groups, and coordinating communications, programming, and reporting. The Program Coordinator acts as the connective tissue between strategy and execution-tracking commitments, surfacing risks, preparing materials for leadership engagement, and ensuringfollowthroughacross multiple workstreams. This position reports to the Chief of Staff to the Chairman & CEO in Bechtel's Executive Office. The position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership. #LI-AM3 Major Responsibilities:
