This role offers the unique opportunity to be at the heart of a dynamic startup environment within a global enterprise. You will support the successful implementation and adoption of our core platform, overseeing enhancements and championing the long-term product vision for our Sales Platform and Customer Experience (CX). You will be responsible for enabling multiple business processes, delivering working solutions, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations, including tracking and resolving production issues. This position reports to a Group Product Manager.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support the development and management of the portfolio for delivering CRM capabilities.

* Drive project prioritization and business requirements gathering with technical teams, leveraging agile development best practices and attending sprint retrospectives.

* Evaluate new capabilities and provide business and technology perspectives.

* Coordinate elements of the CRM product lifecycle and contribute to the product roadmap.

* Engage consultatively, documenting the strategic rationale and implementation details for future development.

* Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the deployed CRM system.

* Understand and resolve business and technology challenges related to CRM technology implementation.

* Support the definition of the release process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring features to market.

* Partner with sales, creative, and experience teams to develop use cases, personalized content, and messaging processes to drive customer engagement and brand recognition.

* Develop and support strategies focused on customer engagement and personalization to achieve key performance indicator (KPI) goals.

* Manage dependencies and integrations with other digital functions such as ERP, OMS, ecommerce, and Marketing systems.

* Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to develop and drive adoption plans for new capabilities, releases, and processes.

* Validate, track, and report bugs discovered in the production environment.

* Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for business end-users, including test case execution.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 6+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on application product lifecycle.

* 4+ years of hands-on platform experience, including declarative development and configuration.

* Proven ability to drive successful implementation and adoption of solutions, enabling multiple business processes.

* Deep understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and lead management.

* Experience with Agile development methodologies, including driving project prioritization and requirements gathering.

* Strategic mindset to connect business processes with best practices across an enterprise.

* Strong analytical and business acumen, capable of identifying optimization areas and solving complex business and technology challenges.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

* Demonstrated ability to think critically, make decisions, build trust, and grasp new concepts quickly.

* Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving, and start-up technology environment with an innovation mindset.

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant business, marketing, or technical field.

* Embrace data-driven and customer insights to inform plans, launches, and iterations.

* Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of efficiently executing complex projects to completion at a high level of quality.

* Highly proficient in oral and written communication skills.

* Strong computer software skills, especially Microsoft Office, including familiarity with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
