This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on accounting experience in accounts receivable and month-end close. Job Duties Perform accounts receivable processing and customer follow-ups Post customer payments and maintain AR aging reports Utilize and maintain customer portals Follow up on overdue balances Assist with data entry of monthly journal entries Support monthly close and year-end audit processes Complete special projects as assigned Job Details Job Type: Temporary (3 months) Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Work Location: In-person Benefits: Paid sick time per local statutory requirements Must be a US Person High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivables or general accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good math and communication skills are required. Must be able to carry out simple instructions. Must have attention to detail. Must have computer skills - proficient in MS office, specifically Word & Excel.
