Enterprise Brand Strategist

The Opportunity:

Booz Allen is seeking an Enterprise Brand Strategistto help shape, govern, and scale how our enterprise brand is structured, understood, and applied across the company. This role is ideal for a seasoned brand strategist who brings deepexpertisein brand architecture, brand systems, and enterprise brand management within complex organizations.

You will partner closely with senior brand leadership to evolve Booz Allen's brand architecture and ensure it is operationalized consistently across sectors, offerings, and experiences. Acting as a strategic advisor and enterprise brand steward, you will work across leadership teams to align business priorities with a cohesive and differentiated brand framework.

This role is focused on enterprise brand strategy and governance-not campaign marketing, communications, or creative production. The ideal candidate understands how to make a sophisticated brand system function effectively at scale through influence, clarity, and organizational alignment.Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship isrequired.

What You'll Work On:

  • Partner with senior brand leadership to evolve and operationalize Booz Allen's enterprise brand architecture, positioning, and portfolio structure.

  • Monitor enterprise brand application across the organization and drive continuous improvement in consistency, clarity, and effectiveness.

  • Partner with creative, digital, communications, and marketing teams to ensure execution aligns with enterprise brand strategy and standards.

  • Identifyopportunities to strengthen enterprise brand cohesion, differentiation, and long-term equity.

  • Establish clear principles and guardrails for brand application across internal and external touchpoints.

  • Lead cross-functional alignment efforts that connect business strategy, enterprise positioning, and brand priorities.

  • Develop scalable systems, frameworks, and decision-making models that enable consistent brand adoption across a complex organization.

  • Guide how the Booz Allen brand is expressed across business areas, offerings, partnerships, and customer experiences.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to sector and functional leaders on brand structure, positioning, and enterprise brand application.

  • Define andmaintainenterprise brand frameworks, standards, and governance models that drive consistency and strategic alignment across the company.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise brand strategy, brand management, or corporate brand leadership

  • Experience developing and managing brand architecture, portfolio strategy, or enterprise brand systems within complex organizations

  • Experienceoperatingin large-scale B2B, technology,orproduct environments

  • Experience advising senior leaders on brand positioning, organizational alignment, and enterprise brand strategy

  • Experienceestablishingbrand governance models, standards, or enterprise enablement frameworks

  • Ability to influence across highly matrixed organizations and drive alignment among stakeholder groups

  • Ability to translate complex business priorities into clear and scalable brand frameworks

  • Ability to lead cross-functional enterprise initiatives from strategy through operationalization

  • Ability toprovideportfolio examplesdemonstratingenterprise brand strategy and systems work

  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
