Description Organizes technicians performing quality control tasks. Supports the development of quality technicians. Designs asphalt/concrete mixes. Writes project specific quality control plans, incorporating the ownerA's requirements and specifications. Assures Company complies with specifications by any State, Federal, or other contracting agency or owner. Aids project-wide system audits and surveillance, including supplier or subcontractor audits or surveillance to approved audit checklists and procedures. Responsible for the implementation of the QC/QA program and collaborating with personnel to minimize rework. Performs other duties as assigned.
