The Difference You'll Make -Provide hands-on care to residents in accordance with approved care plans -Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, personal care, and comfort measures -Monitor and record vital signs and other required documentation accurately and timely -Follow infection control standards and safety protocols at all times -Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect -Collaborate with nurses and care team members to ensure quality, person-centered care -Contribute to a positive, culture-driven community with strong staff-to-resident ratios Qualifications: Requirements: -Must meet all federal, state, and local health regulations -Ability to pass required post-offer screenings, including drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening -Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills -Ability to work independently and accurately complete assigned tasks -Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others -Awareness of and sensitivity to resident needs, interests, and abilities -Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service -Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.) Experience Preferred: -Previous caregiving experience in senior living, long-term care, or a healthcare setting Rewards That Support You
