Overview

Position: Direct Support Professional (Adult Program - BI)

Location: Plainsboro, NJ - Day Program

Hours: Mon. - Fri. 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

Pay: $19.06 -$19.44/hr.

Bancroft is a leading service provider for children and adults with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and individuals in need of neurological rehabilitation.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with traumatic brain injuries. In this role, you will provide person-centered support that promotes independence, community involvement, and overall well-being.

At our Plainsboro location, DSPs work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support adults participating in therapeutic, vocational, and community-based services. Ideal candidates are committed to helping individuals achieve their goals while providing encouragement and assistance with daily activities as needed.

Qualifications

We're Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
  • Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
  • Have a current driver's license in good standing
