HR Coordinator Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite) Salary: $50,000 annually Bilingual English/ Spanish Preferred Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role will play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, and employee support, helping ensure a smooth and efficient HR function. Key Responsibilities: Support full-cycle recruitment efforts including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a positive employee experience Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies and procedures Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment processes Support HR initiatives, reporting, and compliance efforts Qualifications: 1-3 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us: Opportunity to grow within a collaborative HR team Hands-on experience across multiple HR functions Stable, full-time onsite role in Orlando Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
