NOW HIRING – SUMMER SEASONAL STAFF
Mountain Top Resort – Grand Mesa, Colorado

Mountain Top Resort is hiring reliable, hardworking individuals for the upcoming summer season. These are fast-paced, guest-focused roles with opportunities for growth and potential full-time employment for top performers.

Open Positions:
Housekeeping ($17–$20/hr DOE) – cleaning cabins, lodge areas, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, including public restrooms.

General Store, Deli, Lodge, Prep Cook, Bar Tending & Serving Staff ($16–$18/hr + tips & incentives) – includes guest service, retail, food prep, prep cooking, lodge bar tending and serving, and supporting events and weddings.

Contract Tour Guides (1099) – with affiliate company Altitude Outdoor Adventures, supporting fishing trips, ATV/UTV tours, boat delivery, and outdoor operations.

Perks & Incentives:
Paid travel (1 hour per qualifying shift of 6+ hours), staff meals, tips, performance incentives, end-of-season completion bonus, 30% family discount on activities, and a complimentary off-season cabin stay.

Requirements:
Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and holiday availability is required. Applicants must be dependable, team-oriented, and willing to work across multiple roles, including guest service, bar tending and serving, events, and cleaning duties.
