She/he is a clinical resource, advocate, and educator who works with the goal of helping patients, families, and caregivers overcome health care system barriers and facilitates timely access to treatment. You are responsible for ensuring all patients with a cancer diagnosis receive quality and comprehensive services and will serve as resource to the oncology provider team. The Nurse Navigator coordinates patient care throughout the cancer continuum, and serves as a clinical resource with expertise in cancer care management and is a liaison within the facility and to the community. The Oncology Office Practice Nurse is present in the medical oncology clinic as a vital member of the oncology care team. What you will bring:

Salary Range: Minimum 43.25/hour - Maximum 67.04/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
