Job Summary:
The Craft-Based Leadership (CBL) Coordinator leads the project's behavior-based safety program, leveraging field observations and timely, constructive feedback from trained craft observers to strengthen safe work practices. The CBL process reinforces courageous leadership by empowering craft professionals to take ownership of ESH performance in their work areas. This role applies practical occupational, safety and health expertise to plan, execute, and continuously improve CBL activities across all phases of the project, and reports to the ESH Services Manager or Project ESH Manager. #LI-AE2 Major Responsibilities:
* Plan, implement, and sustain the CBL program to align with project culture, work scope, and craft capabilities. Education and Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in occupational safety, health, or a related science discipline with 4+ years of relevant safety/occupational health experience; or Associate's degree (or equivalent) with 6+ years; OR 8+ years of relevant safety/health experience. Required Knowledge and Skills:
