Own program governance and delivery across store.Mopar.com and marketplace growth (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart). Drive planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Establish the master roadmap and integrated release plan spanning site, marketplace, analytics, and operations workstreams.
- Run operating cadence: standups, sprint reviews, dependency mapping, and executive readouts; maintain RAID logs and decision registers.
- Define program OKRs and KPIs (revenue, conversion, fill rate, SLAs); publish weekly status and unblock teams proactively.
- Institute strong governance (stage gates, change control) and budget/resource management; track vendor SOWs and burn.
- Coordinate marketplace initiatives: listings quality, Buy Box health, pricing strategy, MAP compliance, retail media, and catalog sync.
- Partner with Legal, Security, Privacy, and Compliance on PCI-DSS, CPRA/CCPA, data retention, and accessibility policies.
- Drive crossfunctional alignment across Brand, Parts/Service, ICT, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Care; escalate risks early.
- Continuously improve delivery through retrospectives, playbooks, and standardized templates (RACI, comms plans, runbooks).

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 10 years leading large, multitrack programs in eCommerce or marketplaces; automotive aftermarket experience a plus
- Expert organizer with relentless followthrough; proven ability to manage complex timelines and dependencies without prompting
- Strong financial acumen (business cases, ROI, forecasting) and vendor/SOW management
- Outstanding communication and executive presence; crisp status storytelling and issue/risk framing
- Working knowledge of marketplace ops (Amazon/eBay/Walmart), content/catalog, and fulfillment/returns processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automotive aftermarket experience
- PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification preferred; deep Agile/Scaled Agile experience in enterprise environments
