Description
Alliance Technical Group is offering a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in Procurement remotely. You will be assigned tasks or projects of complete new hire and tenure orders. Enter purchase requisitions into Coupa based on submitted requests, review requisitions for completeness (required fields, correct vendor, pricing, and descriptions), route requisitions for approval and follow up on pending approvals as needed and maintain organized records and ensure timely processing of requests. This opportunity will be paying $15/hr to $18/hr. Describe the intern's first assigned task or project: Complete new hire and tenure orders. This will be on ongoing daily, and monthly task. Key Skills the Intern Will Develop: What skills they will build, what they should be able to do independently by Week 12, and how their work connects to your team's goals.
