Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA

At our Supported Living program, we provide a safe, empowering environment for individuals with cognitive and/or physical disabilities who need ongoing assistance with daily living. Our mission is to help every individual live with dignity, independence, and purpose - and our CNAs are at the heart of that mission.

As part of our skilled and supportive team, you will:

Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care
• Help ensure proper nutrition and medication support
• Encourage independence and teach important life skills, including money management
• Support participation in educational, social, vocational, and recreational activities
