EV Advanced Capacity Manager

The EV Advanced Capacity Manager is responsible for leading electrification capacity planning and supplier readiness activities to ensure alignment with Stellantis short/ longrange product and volume strategies. This role partners crossfunctionally with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Program teams to identify risks, close gaps, and support electrification program execution.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Review and validate Long Range Plan (LRP) data to ensure BEV capacity assumptions align with program timing, sourcing strategy, and volume requirements
  • Lead SCM capacity assessments for BEV source packages, including Electric Drive Modules (EDMs) and battery systems
  • Perform supplier GAP analysis for BEV components to identify capacity risks and drive mitigation plans in collaboration with crossfunctional teams
  • Support and coordinate monthly Powertrain Sales & Delivery (S&D) meetings for all Stellantis locations producing BEV parts (EDMs and batteries)
  • Manage and maintain the BEV Supplier Capacity Database (Cap DB), including tracking volume variances, reviewing supplier white papers, and supporting scenario analysis
  • Analyze production releases to identify capacity, timing, or execution issues; work with stakeholders to resolve and implement fixes
  • Review BEV & REEV bulletins, translate requirements into executable actions, and lead followup activities across crossfunctional organizations
  • Proactively identify BEV capacity, sourcing, and launch risks; ensure timely escalation and communication to leadership
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to BEV capacity planning processes, governance, and data accuracy


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of automotive supply chain, logistics, or program management experience
  • Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree (MBA or Supply Chain)
  • Supplier or customer-facing experience
  • Plant operations or launch experience
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented leader
  • Strong cross-functional influence and communication
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving EV environment
  • Experience with Stellantis/FCA systems preferred: CMIS, ODIMS, PentaSAP
