We are currently seeking a Journeyman Operations Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Operations Analyst will provide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case support to the PMA-280 FMS Team.

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards. Supports training efforts through the integration of documents into Government databases. Completes travel orders in accordance with JTR regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to:

* Assist in the preparation/coordination of Defense Travel System (DTS) efforts of FMS Leadership Team.

* Support organization and preparation of program reviews to access progress and accomplishments

* Assist with updating and delivering various reports, to include the following as a minimum:

o Meeting agendas and minutes and track issues and action items as required.

o Issues and watch items for the FMS Leadership Team.

o Briefing materials, acquisition documentation and IGS inputs for FMS integration.

* Assist with coordinating any acquisition requirements and actions IAW NAVAIR processes.

* Other duties as assigned

Required Education: BS or BA degree in a business, management or relevant technical discipline.

Allowable Substitution:

AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience can be substituted for an BS or BA degree.

OR

An additional six (6) years of experience may be substituted for the BS or BA.

Required Experience: Must have three (3) to ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products i.e. (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) a must.

Desired Experience:

FMS case support and office management experience. Weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management experience a plus. Active Secret clearance preferred.

Must hold and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $74,985.65-$112,478.47 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
