Schedule Training takes place on 1st Shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) for approximately 2 to 6 weeks before transitioning to: 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. 3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. What You'll Do Operate steel processing equipment Load, unload, and move steel materials Package and inspect finished products Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards What We're Looking For Our most successful employees: Show up on time and are committed to reliable attendance Take pride in producing quality work Work well as part of a team Problem Solvers Want to learn, grow, and build a long-term career Required Qualifications Ability to work 2nd and/or 3rd shift Demonstrated reliability and commitment to consistent attendance Ability to perform physical, repetitive work and lift up to 50 pounds Basic math skills Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or mechanical experience Experience operating industrial equipment or machinery Why Worthington Steel?
