Supplier Delivery Operations & Methods is responsible for leading a team of NBU employees through structured processes designed to ensure uninterrupted production at Stellantis assembly plants. The organization proactively manages external supplier performance by identifying, assessing, and mitigating supply risks using established escalation, recovery, and containment methodologies. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, supported by routine and adhoc engagement with senior leadership to communicate risk status, corrective actions, and production impacts.

Effective execution requires close, methodical coordination across manufacturing plants, engineering, purchasing, supplier operations, and quality functions. The team applies crossfunctional problemsolving frameworks to diagnose root causes, align corrective actions, and validate recovery plans when part availability, timing, or volume deviates from production requirements. Supplier Delivery Operations serves as a centralized control point for managing highrisk situations, ensuring disciplined decisionmaking, timely communication, and adherence to defined operating processes. This position plays a critical role in sustaining production plan attainment through rigorous operational management and continuous risk mitigation.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Leading, training, and developing a team of 10-15 employees to address critical suppliers
  • Managing high risk suppliers through daily coordination of short- and long-term recovery plans
  • Working closely with multiple organizations internal and external to Stellantis to ensure Stellantis plant production is not interrupted
  • Supporting overall reduction in excess transportation costs by identifying high frequency expedites
  • Use of business analytics to support a proactive approach to assess risk


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
  • 8 years of relevant work experience



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree
  • 7+ years of experience related to Material Logistics Management, Supplier Operations or SCM
  • Stellantis Materials Logistics Management experience at a manufacturing plant
  • High energy with a passion for high intensity situations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to be accurate and concise
