Mopar is seeking a detailoriented and collaborative IT Business Systems Analyst to support the planning, launch, and lifecycle management of Mopar Accessories across dealer, retail, and digital channels. This role partners closely with Accessories Product Management, Operations, Pricing, Supply Chain, and IT delivery teams to ensure Accessories initiatives are translated into clear, actionable system requirements. The Business Systems Analyst will play a critical role in enabling Accessories gotomarket execution by supporting catalog setup, vehicle applicability, pricing, publishing, promotions, and reporting capabilities across multiple systems and platforms. Key Responsibilities Business Requirements & Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for Accessories initiatives, including new product launches, portfolio updates, promotions, and system enhancements.
- Translate Accessories business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and data requirements to support IT delivery teams.
- Document business rules related to vehicle applicability, pricing logic, publishing, and promotions.
Accessories Portfolio & GoToMarket Support
- Support Accessories portfolio planning and launch activities by ensuring accurate system setup for new accessories, variants, and vehicle programs.
- Partner with Accessories Product Management and Operations teams to enable dealerinstalled options, custom shop offerings, and retail accessories workflows.
- Assist in coordinating system readiness for Accessories gotomarket initiatives across dealer, B2C, and internal platforms.
Systems & Data Enablement
- Support Accessories data management activities, including product content, images, descriptions, translations, and vehicle applicability.
- Work with IT and data teams to ensure Accessories information is accurately published to downstream dealer and consumerfacing systems.
- Help identify opportunities to improve data quality, reduce manual processes, and streamline Accessories publishing workflows.
Testing, Validation & Deployment
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Accessoriesrelated system changes and launches.
- Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and support Accessories operational needs.
- Assist with postlaunch issue resolution and continuous improvement activities.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a liaison between Accessories business teams and IT delivery teams.
- Provide regular status updates, issue tracking, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Support crossfunctional alignment across Accessories Product, Marketing, Pricing, Operations, and IT teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
- Minimum 3 years of programming experience
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or iterative delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive aftersales, accessories, or partsrelated environments.
- Familiarity with product data, catalog management, pricing, or publishing workflows.
- Experience working with multiple systems and integrations supporting B2B or B2C channels.
- Exposure to data analytics, reporting, or digital commerce platforms.
