Acquisition Consultant - Federal Contract Specialist Support

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid/Onsite)

Clearance: Ability to pass federal background investigation

About the Role

An Acquisition Consultant is needed to support federal contracting activities from planning through closeout. This role works alongside Contracting Officers and Contract Specialists on a variety of services procurements.

Responsibilities:

Support the development of acquisition packages, including market research, requirements documents, IGCEs, and evaluation criteria.

Draft and edit solicitations and related documentation.

Assist with proposal evaluations, documentation, and award recommendations.

Support contract administration tasks including modifications, options, and closeout.

Qualifications

Required Experince:

• 
  

  3-7 years of experience supporting federal acquisitions.

  
  
• 
  

  Working knowledge of the FAR and common contract types.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong writing and documentation skills.

  
  
• 
  

  Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  Work Authorization

  
  

U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a federal background check.

Salary - $80,000 - $98,000

Contingent upon contract award
