Entry-Level Office Support

Location: Washington, DC (Onsite)

Clearance: Ability to pass federal background investigation

About the Role

An entry-level office support professional is needed to provide day-to-day office and documentation support. This is a strong opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and interested in gaining experience in a federal environment.

Responsibilities:



  • Perform data entry into spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems.
  • File, scan, and organize documents in accordance with established procedures.
  • Assemble document packages, binders, and mailings.
  • Retrieve records, route correspondence, and respond to routine information requests.
  • Qualifications


Required Experience:



  • 1+ year of office/clerical experience preferred.
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with confidential information.
  • Work Authorization


U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a federal background check.

Salary - $53,000 - $60,000
