Our client is seeking a highly detail-oriented analyst with expertise in marketing analytics and a strong foundation in statistics to uncover meaningful insights from data. The ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven problem solving and excels at translating complex data into clear, impactful findings for key stakeholders.

Responsibilities



  • Build, maintain, and optimize data-driven models (including experimentation frameworks, forecasting algorithms, and machine learning models) to improve campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize products.
  • Assess business needs and translate model outputs into clear, actionable insights and reporting for marketing and product teams, while developing performance benchmarks across digital marketing channels.
  • Create, maintain, and automate content taxonomies, leveraging them for attribution and performance analyses.
  • Apply NLP and topic modeling to analyze digital consumer feedback and sentiment for firstparty services and competitive insights.


Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, data science, or a related field
  • Ability to effectively communicate with social, creative, marketing, advertising, and data science teams, as well as relevant stakeholders
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods
  • Ability to write and query code in SQL
  • Proficient in Excel/Numbers
  • Strong understanding of social metrics across key platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook
  • Ability to analyze content performance across total, paid, and organic channels
  • Proficient in social listening, competitive analysis, and audience/consumer insights tools


Preferred Qualifications



  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
  • Familiarity with SEO metrics and performance data
  • Experience creating and maintaining marketing taxonomies
