Overview

We are seeking a passionate, talented, and enthusiastic individual to join the Payment Integrity AI team and help build industry-leading AI technologies, enabling lines of business with cutting edge and impactful solutions. Not only would you accelerate the adoption of AI but also push the boundaries of advanced ML and Generative AI techniques at scale.



Responsibilities

    Director of AI Product Management will play a key role in driving the planning and roadmap for our AI Solutions across lines of business.You will be responsible for managing and driving critical AI programs end to end.
  • Define product strategy, roadmap and product requirements for our AI Platform and solutions.
  • Drive executive decision making for new investments, including competitive analysis, program goals and business requirements, architectural concepts, risk management, financial analysis, schedule and strategy.
  • Coordinate and partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, finance, legal and other stakeholders with a sense of urgency in a data drive manner. Develop and drive end to end program management to define, prioritize, and implement features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows.
  • Drive technical projects from requirements including managing complex project schedules, removing roadblocks, and keeping processes running smoothly.
  • Identify and prioritize customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive gaps, and translate them into clear and actionable product requirements and specifications.
  • Developing and maintaining a high level of technical proficiency in AI.
  • Operate effectively in ambiguity.
  • Apply process where it creates value, and design process where it's needed.
  • Work closely with operations teams and drive adoption across the portfolio
  • Establish trusting relationships with different stakeholders and create avenues to synergically improve the AI landscape of the company.
  • Hire, develop, coach, lead and retain top-tier talent, with a focus on building and improving a team and culture that is able to assist in employing best in class practices to support and drive high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years' experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • MBA is desirable.
  • 5 + years of product management experience in AI or similar fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in a cross-functional role.
  • 2 + years of experience working with AI infrastructure.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
    Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and orientation towards technical details.
  • Able to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.
    Creative thinker with bias for action.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.

Base compensation ranges from $190,000 to $230,000 annually. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
