Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your software engineering and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates. You'll lead the delivery of EBI Screen 2000 projects (including legacy, current, and future generations), driving advancements in Generic Product Development, Specific Applications, and Engineering & Sub-system Testing. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Regional Project Teams, Product Family Heads, and Solution Management), ensure strategic planning for future Automatic Train Supervision (ATS) development, and foster competency growth within the EBI Screen organization-and much more." We'll look to you for:
Leading Engineering & Sub-system Testing. ,
Supporting integration testing, lab testing, and site testing. ,
Creating, maintaining, and driving development and execution plans aligned with solution roadmaps and transversal footprint strategies. ,
Managing Specific Application delivery. ,
Driving Quality, Time, and Cost improvements internally by communicating clearly and setting clear expectations. ,
Delivering Generic Product Development, including architecture, new features, and support. ,
Managing project prioritization in collaboration with the Regions and the Head of EBI Screen Product Family."

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is preferred or equivalent experience. ,
7 years of experience in either Signaling Systems, Automatic Train Supervision, Traffic Management System, Centralized Traffic Control, or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition. ,
1 year of experience leading a matrixed organization working with global teams. ,
Experience with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA). ,
Experience with software development and graphic user interfaces. ,
Strong project management and strategic planning skills. ,
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. ,
Ability to drive quality, time, and cost improvements. ,
Familiarity with integration testing, lab testing, and site testing. ,
A continuous learning mindset with adaptability to new technologies and methodologies.
