Join Allied Universal at a professional financial institution location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor lobby activity, and support security-related procedures with strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, manage visitor check-in and access procedures, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence and reporting.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site policies and Allied Universal protocols.
• Support security-related operations by maintaining required logs, documenting visitor and incident information, and communicating clearly with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when needed.
• Assist with access control, badge verification, and front desk screening processes while following established post orders and customer service expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have access control and/or badge experience preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
